Senior Sales Manager EMEA (m/w/i/t) Hamburg Vollzeit

To accelerate our top line growth, we are hiring a Senior Sales Manager EMEA to join our team based in our regional head office in Hamburg, Germany.


Primary Objectives: 

  • Passionately lead and grow our EMEA distributor sales network (supporting existing distributors & attaining new partners)
  • Co-develop and implement sales strategy to expand EMEA distributor base and market share
  • Ensure proper implementation of marketing initiatives and brand positioning formulated by global and EMEA marketing teams

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establishes market and target customer sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for territories and customers projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Providing frequent updates, revisions and modifications to sales plan
  • Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the sales plan with all of the functional departments of the company, most specifically with Marketing and Finance
  • Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting
  • Spend a significant portion of time traveling to support distributors, train & coach field sales force and represent the brand at conferences and trade shows
  • Define and manage the annual and monthly sales objectives for all EMEA distributors
  • Strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvements

 Preferred Education and/or Experience:

  • 5-10 years experience in a similar role, ideally within the premium branded consumer goods space (baby/nursery products industry a plus)
  • Strong candidate with proven track record in driving growth, tangible results and KPI improvements
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Data driven, results-oriented and accurate
  • Strong win-win mentality and ability to build relationships within the team and accounts

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Dynamic and hands-on mentality
